I don't think you're fat!. You also sound like you're body is in good proportion!. Your weight is likely muscle, not fat, which is great!. Muscle holds a lot of water so it would be possible to gain or lose 9 lbs of water in a day!. However, what most likely happened is you weighed yourself at the beginning of the day one time, and the end of the day another time!. To get a more accurate weight, you should weigh yourself at the same time every day, preferably first thing in the morning!.

If you're using a mechanical scale check to make sure it's set to zero every time you weigh and always use the same scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your weight will always fluctuate daily!.!.

if you weight yourself after you workout, then you'll appear to weight less (due mostly to the loss of weight in sweat)!.!.!.

if you haven't eaten yet before you weigh yourself, then again you'll appear to weigh less because of the lack of food!.!.!.

another reason your weight might APPEAR to fluctuate is the scale you're using!.!.!. different scales might tell you slightly different things!.!. and some scales weigh you differently if you lean different directions!.!.!.

so!.!.!. is it possible to weigh yourself at 111lbs one day, and weigh yourself at 120lbs the next!? of course!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you learn that body weight is not an indication of whether you are "fat" or not you will be much more healthy!. Use indicators such as body fat percentage to determine if you are unhealthy!. Weight is not a good indicator, as you can see it fluctuates too much!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
