Why cant i sleep??????!


Question: Why cant i sleep!?!?!?!?!?!?
Okay so i went to bed at 1am my usual time for summer recently!. But when i went to bed i just couldnt fall asleep!. I mean i had thoughts running through my mind but is that why!?!. How can i fall asleep i really want too i have a full day ahead!!. It is now 4am lol

p!.s!. ill be in the shower while i wait for repies (hopefully to tireme out i guess)!. If not then im watching the olympics till i pass out!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try laying in bed, dark room and clear your head of all thoughts, try to focus solely on your heartbeat and the feeling of the blood flowing through your body!. I am a major insomniac and take meds for it and still stay awake!. Either this "meditation" plus a shower usually works, if not, I hot some hot chocolate!. Hope it helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i dont you have amnesia b/c you hit the bed at 1am so thats good!. Its normal that you cant fall asleep and dont pressure yourself in falling asleep b/c chances are it will repel you from actually falling asleep!. If there are any problems or issues or conflicts you are going through that could also be part of the reason why your not sleeping!. When i cant fall asleep i usually just lay in bed thinking and close my eyes and get comfy, sooner or later you will get to comfy or to lazy to even move a muscle and just drift away!. If i cant fall asleep and there is no hope like im dead awake, i just get up and wander around lol!. If this happens consult your doctor or perscribe sleeping pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just lay in bed & play handheld game or listen to ipod or mp3 player!.!.!.works like magic for me!.!.!.u may wanna set a timer on the music player tho!.!.!.like a sleep timer so it goes off wen u fall asleep!.!.!.good night lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

The more you think about falling asleep the longer you will stay up, by the way the body doesn't always fall asleep at the same time, a little fluctuation won't kill you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A bath would be better, more relaxing!. Something about body temp!.
Try getting Simply Sleep and taking just one!. It works and is not (too) addictive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
