Walking long distances...?!

Question: Walking long distances!.!.!.!?
I have a new job where I walk about four hours non-stop, five days a week!. I am about a week and a half into it and I have noticed that my feet hurt when I walk on them!. They feel like there are giant blisters on the soles of my feet!. I have some Nike running shoes and I recently put some very comfortable insoles in them but every day after work they ache severely!. My questions are :
1!. Will my feet get used to this and not hurt after a while!? And if so, how long will it take!?
2!. Is there anything I can do to help them feel better after work besides soaking them in Epsom salt!?
If anyone has had similar experiences, please tell me about it in your response and also if certain things have worked for you!.
Thank you in advance for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Everyone is different due to the fact of if this is new to you, it may take longer for your body as well as your feet to adjust!. You can also soak your feet in alcohol and water!. Give yourself foot massages while rubbing lotion on them!. One great thing is a foot massager which allows you to put water and epsom salt or even alcohol in it and relax!. I'm not sure of the insoles, but they have different ones just read the package which will let you know which one is best for you!. It took my husband a while to find a good insole!. One was a blue one by Dr!. Scholl I think it was the gelling one, but it took him about 2 to 3 weeks and he still had some aching but not as much!. Try the foot massager and see if it helps but even when your feet gets use to the walking, you will have some pain because our bodies aren't made for standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time!.
