Brain damage from pressing on carotid artery (in the neck) ?!
Question: Brain damage from pressing on carotid artery (in the neck) !?
I put my finger on the carotid artery in the neck and applied some pressure, could this have damaged the brain by preventing the blood from getting to the brain!? Does the brain prevent this kind of damage by making me faint if anything happens!?

Naw, no damage!. You have two arteries!.!.!. block one the other is fine!. And if you pressed on both, you would pass out and not be able to apply any more pressure before you'd cause yourself some damage!.
