Does anyone else experience these anxiety symptoms?!

Question: Does anyone else experience these anxiety symptoms!?
Hey I'm a 16 year old male that suffers with anxiety!. For the past two weeks I've been absolutely riddled with anxiety (having symptoms of lightheadedness, hyperventilation, heart palpitations sweaty palms, couldn't sit still, feeling like i was going to die) I've been diagnosed with anxiety by a therapist, I've been to a Dr!. who said it's all anxiety, and my Dr!. uncle said it's all anxiety!. But Lately I've been feeling just out of it, like i'm in a daze!. I've felt a slight pressure in my head and feel like i'm almost in a cloud, feeling groggy!. Is feeling head pressure and grogginess common in anxiety!? I know i shouldn't be worried because i'm a healthy 16 year old but i'm afraid i might have high blood pressure, or low blood pressure, or diabetes!.!.!. does anyone else feel this way too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, I know how you feel!. But you're just paranoid!. I have it recently because I thought I have Diabetes!.!. I kept thinking about what is the worst could happen and my anxiety nearly became a Panic Attack!.
You just have to stop thinking about it!. It took me last than an hour to overcome it!.

Here's something for you to know:
Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique will be Distraction!.!.!. learn more at the sourceWww@Answer-Health@Com

I suffer from anxiety or panic attacks but now on Paxil, so they are frequent!. Have never felt pressure in head!. A panicky fear happens and it is hard to snap out of it and I have to focus on other things and pull myself out!. Once had one driving in heavy rush hr!. traffic and another time in a parade with passenger in car!. It was difficult but I made it okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey man i hear ya!. anxiety blows a big one but i really think you need to see a doctor about how you feel like your in a cloud!. i don't think that's right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I too, have major anxiety, and am paranoid about everything! I absoultly hate it!. Sometimes i will get paranoid about something being wrong with me, like say for example i will get paranoid what if cant breathe anymore, or have a heart attack, then i will start feeling like my chest is really tight or hurts but i can calm myself down from that i just keep reminding my self i am OK i am just being too paranoid lol !. I have been told that that was part of my anxiety!. So i think what you are going through might really be normal but since you do have anxiety, you should see a doctor to help calm yourself down, you know like make you feel better so you arent so paranoid about it!. Hope this helps!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
