Question: HELP!!!!! I TOOK EX LAX !.!.!.! =(!?
I had a huge urge for chocolate so i searched my freezer and found a lil bar of chocolate!. so i began eating it!.!.!. later on my mom got home and said she needed an ex lax if i might of seen it!. so i said no, and later she told me it was like a chocolate bar wrapped in the freezer, im so paranoid because i hate a whole 12pc of ex lax!. which of course is chocolated stimulant laxative!.! what should i do! help please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1st, never put anything in your mouth if you are not sure what it is!. Ex lax looks different that chocolate and I would wonder why it is sitting in the freezer!.
2nd, I would excuse myself, get some food and something to drink, reading material or something you like to do, warn your family you cannot be bothered for a while and not to worry!. Bring some air freshener with you and 're leave' yourself' in comfort!. Good luck and don't eat chocolate for awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going to be have bowel movements for awhile!. Go to the grocery store and get some gatorade (several large bottles), and some immodium!. Drink the Gatorade when you begin having your bowel movements!. If it is the runs, take the immodium!. If you arent better by tomorrow, go to the doctor!.
