Yes it is possible!. If the baby was going to have a twin but it didn't split right then 2 belly buttons could happen!.

You can only have 1 actual button - where the umbilical cord was!. However, my friend has a "thing" about 2" away from his belly button that looks just like one, it's just non-functional!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, a belly button is formed when the umbilical cord is removed and it heals!. I really don't think it's possible, but who knows!Www@Answer-Health@Com
