No, they can't tell!. Just tell him to keep the other urine warm because if it's not they will know when they touch the cup that it's not fresh!. Sounds gross, but have him store the urine in a hot water bottle tucked in his pant waist until the test!. That works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some testing centers like Quest test the temp of urine to make sure its warm so using someone elses may not work also Quest makes you empty your pockets before going into bathroom
