I've got a "nervous tum" and at times of stress I get very sick and it's hard to get back into the cycle of eating normally again!.

Don't overface yourself with a massive meal, that's important!. Eat light and avoid junk: Go for plenty of salad and veg in your main meals, a piece of fruit for a snack to stop you getting too hungry, pasta if you can stomach it can be filling in smaller quantities!.!.

Pepermint drinks can help settle an upset stomach as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get like that sometimes!. Usually it's because I've been getting too much sleep or I haven't been exercising regularly!. Make sure you don't get more than 8 hours of sleep per night (for me, 6 is usually enough) and go for a run or a brisk walk at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes or more each time!. Your eating habits should start to get back to normal and you should start to feel more energized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Book an appointment with your GP so you at least feel that you're doing something about it, and start eating something you don't normally eat - cut out your regular patterns!. Given that you're nauseous but then able to have an appetite, perhaps your gut is intolerant of some aspect of your diet (grain/lactose/additives etc)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

argh! im feelin EXACTLY the same, except its being like it for me even with a bloomin cup of tea!

not sure what it is, but i'm pretty sure its not like, lack of suger, pregnancy or anything!.

possibly stress!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
