Do any of these symptoms sound like a familiar problem?!

Since Saturday I have been having some severe abdominal pain!. My abdomen is not swollen but is tender to the touch!. My sides do not hurt, ruling out anything concerning kidneys and appendicitis!. The pain comes and goes!. It feels almost like sharp painful spasms, like piercing!. I have had a headache on and off!. I am not really stressed out!. I am tired and eat very little and feel full!. Bowel movements are pretty much the same, a little different!. I know, I know, go to a doctor!. I am booked, literally, for the next two days which rules out a doctors visit until Friday!.
