Answers:
You need more fiber!. Start with getting organic apples and eat two a day!. Also, consume walnuts, Broc!. grean beans, mashed potatoes, raisins!.
During elimination, insoluble fiber is just as important soluble!. We need a combo of both to have a good waste removal!.

You could be constipated or have impacted stool!. You keep trying to go poo, and instead of coming out, it gets impacted!. This can really be painful!. A person I know had to go to the emergency room, and the doctor had to remove the impacted stool!. If you try to go, and it doesn't come out, it's probably impacted!. You need to see your doctor!. By the way, drinking water is good!. Have you tried stool softeners!? You can buy them over the counter, and sometimes they have a mild laxative, and sometimes they don't!. I would try the one with a mild laxative!. Your stomach will cramp a little, then you will go!. What works best is a glycerin suppository!. Put on a rubber glove, and insert it in your poop shoot!. It will melt, and make it easier for the poo to come out!. Hope this helps!. Do you have a temp!? You really should see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

time to go to gyn!. it could be that you have a cyst in your ovary, that could give you lower back pain as well, or a tumor or a fibroma, or even a hernia!. but most likely it's a cyst, you must go and have it check it out, they will have to to a sonogram to find out, and maybe Even a biopsy!. don't delay have it check it out, you may comfort yourself by drinking magnesium pills, 400 ml, vitamin d, and a e, that will help you reduce it, also, try eating fiber as much as u can, don't eat heavy coz, that will make it worse, lots of water, and hot green tea helps also!. good luck, hope you feel better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

In addition to "Fiend's" answer, which is very good, I would also suggest a stool softener for some quicker results!. If you have to push that hard that it's painful, you can create hemorrhoids that way!. You're constipated and need to flush out the system!. There is a cereal out there now, I believe it is called fiber one, and it contains a whopping 51% of your daily value of fiber! That'll get it going!. If this problem persists after trying these things out, I would suggest making an appt to see a doctor!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have appendicitis because that's where I had pain when I had it, especially when pushing on the spot where it hurts!. I'd go to a doctor right away!. Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
