I think maybe you are sticking it to far into your nose, also you might want to use nasal spray as directed!. It is very easy to become dependant!. And it will take you longer to get over your nasal congestion!. You may want to try an allergy medication taken orally!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, it is pretty common to sneeze when you spray something up your nose but you can become dependent on them so use them sparingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
