I am considering doing enemas at home for various reasons!. I would like to know from those of you who have done them, what is your experience doing them at home!? What benefits have you gained from them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Jadis, I take enemas all the time for health reasons!. Some of the benefits that I have received it more energy and being more alert!. I take a colonic at home once a month!. I think the biggest benefit from the enemas and colonics is that other than minor sniffles once or twice a year, I haven't had a cold or the flu in over 35 years!.
