I really think its all in my head and i just happen to be feeling crappy!.!. but the last few days ive been feeling really nauseas and have had diarrhea (sorry tmi) but im all paranoid but the listeria outbreak!.!.!. does anyone know the effected cities!? i live in ontario and its bbq seasons so have had chicken saugages and hotdogs!.!.!.could this be something or could i maybe just have a bug!?!?
i checked everything in my fridge now for the recall number but also had more and throw it out!.!.and readinup on it says could take upto 90 days for symptoms!?!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

you could just have a bug!. But best thing to do is check with your doc if this continues!. Do you have a fever!? Listeria, mainly effects the elderly, young children, pregnant women and those with compromised immune systems!. So, other symptoms are throwing up and headaches!. Do not take our word for it do check with a doc! Yes, Ontario is the main province where this broke out!. Hope all is well, take care :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
