omg!.so early!.dont worry its not too late!.if possible go for a de-addiction centre as soon as possible!.if not try changing the environment u live!.change ur routine!.spend more time with good friends!.go for beach or treking where u feel a change!.try becoming veg till u leave ciggerate!.
try some simple yogic exercise or meditation!.
bfore all this u must make ur mind not 2 hav ciggerates!.think over the problems of the tobacco over ur body!.think how many people die bcause of that!.make a strong decision!.
throw all the ciggetas away!.
ur body will respond 2 u very soon n will help u with ur mission if u hav a strong will power 2 throw ciggerats from ur life!.
