Question: Would it be safe to take diuretics for 1 week!? 2 a day of waterex!?
I need to lose about 12-15 lbs of water weight for a weigh-in!.
It doesn't need to be permanent and I only have around a week to do this!.

I doubt it!. I would not take it 2X/day & don't take it before bed because it has caffeine in it!.
Your plan sounds very unhealthy!. The product is made to maintain a balance of fluid or for those suffering water retention from PMS!.
There's no way to lose 12-15lbs in 1 week!. The most you would probably lose is 10lbs!.!.!.to lose more could be dangerous!.
If this is for a weigh in, you are just lying to yourself & the program you are in!.!.!.you need to eat healthily, but you know that!.
