Hey sweetie,
First off, I don't want you to listen to what any other unkind soul on here has to say to you!. Lots and lots of people use marijuana to feel good, just like a lot of people (myself included) use alcohol!. I love a glass of wine in the evenings!. Marijuana is illegal, and therefore I choose not to use it, and don't condone it's use, however I am certainly not going to condemn you for using it!.

First off, it is important to understand that people often seek legal as well as illegal substances to make themselves feel happy, and to have a good time!. This is normal psychology!. Life can be really hard!.!.!.it can downright suck!!

You need to understand that marijuana IS addictive!. Not everyone gets addicted to this drug, so it is widely believed to be non-addictive!. This is just a complete falsehood!. There are a lot of medications out there that are completely nonaddictive to some, yet highly addictive to others!.

What you are describing is very simple!. You are having withdrawls from this drug!. You have formed an accidental addiction to it!. Don't feel bad!. Don't feel like an addict or any of those other disgusting terms judgmental people like to slap others with!. This happens to even the very best of us!.

Marijuana withdrawl syptoms can include any or all of the following symptoms!. You could feel just one, or all!.!.!.so read on!.

loss of appetite
inability to sleep
headache
nausea
anxiety
paranoia
irritability
aggression

These syptoms can be felt strongly for several days, and the urge to use to feel better are strongest during this phase, and it is when relapse is most common!.

Another possible medical side effect of marijuana use is called hypovolemia!. This means that due to marijuana use your body actually doesn't produce blood the way it is supposed to!. It can happen after a very short period of time of marijuana use!. This causes low blood pressure, which you would notice as a dizziness upon rising!. Ever sit down or lay down then stand up quickly and feel a little dizzy!? Ever start to notice that your hands/feet fall "asleep" or buzz/tingle!? This is a dangerous side effect of marijuana!.

All this being said you only have a few options here!. You are clearly addicted physically to this drug, which just means that your body has come to need this substance in order to function properly!. You are going to have to change this, as it is going to be disruptive to a happy and normal life!.

You can tell your parents and get checked into a detox facility!. Here doctors and nurses can watch you to make sure you don't die or have serious adverse health effects while adjusting your body to exist without the drug!. They can also make sure you are comfortable, as withdrawl symptoms (as you are noticing) are nothing to scoff at!. They are incredibly uncomfortable, and for some substances can be downright deadly!. These places also offer psychotherapy!. Which will help you to understand the physical as well as psychological components to addiction!.

Your only other option is to try to wean yourself off of this drug!. This is very difficult to do all on your own, and you have to have a very deep commitment to doing this, as it will be uncomfortable both pysically and psychologically!. This would include setting yourself up on a regimine that reduces your use of this drug over a period of a few days until you go "cold turkey"!. Once you stop using completely you should not use this drug again for a long period of time!.!.!.several months at the very very least!. If you feel that you are capable of using the drug once!.!.!.occasionally, it may be possible to do so without forming another habit!.

I, however, suggest that you go through a professional treatment!. I know this isn't what you're going to want to choose because of parents, etc!. However, this is what professionals are for!. They know what they are doing, and this is no light matter!.

Please consider talking to your parents about this!. I just want you to be a happy and healthy person!.

Good luck to you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You possibly could have a sickness you didn't know about, because weed is such a good painkiller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
