Why does having a shower make you feel better when sick?!


Question: Why does having a shower make you feel better when sick!?
I am sick at the moment, yet when i have a shower i feel like normal, but the second i get out of the shower i feel sick again!.!.!.!.!.

probably because of the steam, it helps open up ur sinuses!. sinuses clog up ur head etc!. u can try the old get a bowl, fill it with lightly steaming water, put towel over the head thing!. (like on tv)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not entirely sure, but it may have somethings to do with humidity created by the shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
