Answers:
you said you HAD type one diabetes but it went away!? I hate to be the one to break it to you, but diabetes isn't something that goes away!.

Considering how you said you are constantly thirsyy and going to the bathroom a lot it does sound like diabetes!.

However, it could also be malnutrition, since you mentioned you are only 98 pounds and think you are fat!. Do you actually eat!?

The dizziness sounds like low blood sugar which could be caused by either diabetes or starving yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to see your doctor!. You could be anemic, you could have low blood sugar or a thyroid problem!. You can't cure any of that yourself!. You need to have a blood test to find out what the real deal is!.

You're not fat by the way!.!.!.

And don't drink 30 glasses of water!. Too much!.

Maybe you do still have diabetes!. Go to the doctors!. I don't think diabetes just disappears does it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats so weird, the grey fainting feeling happened to me, but as i dont have a rounded diet i thought it might be that!.!. ill be looking out for answers ! Www@Answer-Health@Com
