Answers:
vicodin is an opiate, opiate overdose is characterized by lethargy, low blood pressure, small pupils (miosis), and lack of respiration!. In fact, all opiate overdoses that lead to death is due to your diaphram receiving such an inhibited stimulation from nerves that it essentially stops contracting and thus you dont breath!.

you are taking the most mild dossage of vicodin, their is also a 7!.5 and a 10mg formulation, and is a relatively mild opiate, probably among the weakest!. In fact, most medical professionals will tell you they are concerned with the amount of acetometaphen that is in their than the actual opiate!.

Overdoses are also very patient selective, some people are just more sensitive than others to opiates!.

My biggest concern is that your doctor prescribed you a highly habbit forming drug for a chronic condition (migranes/headaches) at such a young age!. I would suggest looking into dietary regiments that may alleviate headaches, go on a less habbit forming drug such as imitrex, propranalol, neurotinin, etc!.!.!.!.!. talk it over with your doctor!.

FYI: i have heard cases of people taking 30-35 vicodin a day, to give you an idea of the "safty" margin, however they might also be addicts who have used it for years and are conditioned to take that many!. Dont drink with the, and since your 16 you probably shouldnt be drinking in general!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What are the pain killers!. Most are combined with acetaminophen which upon overdose causes a cascade of oxidative and inflammatory damage that can result is hepatocellular death and liver necrosis!. Depending on the dose, you may recover and you may or may not have permanent liver damage as a result depending on conditions!.

This is probably what you need to worry about mostly in pain killers!. Read the label to see if it says acetaminophen or APAP!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it's paracetamol, you could have seriously damaged your liver, get to a&e at your nearest hospital now; on the other hand if you've taken opiates ie!.codeine its not as serious, but get to a&e!.!.!.NOWWww@Answer-Health@Com
