I just bought some a couple of weeks ago hey heres the instructions so listen wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly Use glove IF your skin is sessitive!.If it gets in your eyes flush your eyes with water !.So do like i did wash the hands and go eat dude!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
