I get headaches when doing exersize?!


Question: I get headaches when doing exersize!?
Whenever i do my exersize and body muilding i seem to get realy sore headaches when im tensing the mucles and then when i let go it goes sorrer then stopes!.

It is very frustarting and i dont like having sore heads!.

I sufer from:

Asma
Suriesis
Migranes

Thats the main things!.!.

Dose anyone no why this happens!?
Dose it happen to anyone else!?

Answers:
Sounds like your sore head is a result of your blood pressure going up while you are exercising!. The pain is caused by increased intra cranial pressure!.

You might just be over exercising & temporarily sending your blood pressure up!.
Better to exercise moderately everyday than a lot on just one day!.

I wonder if you get it when you bend over, like when you touch your toes, or strain on the toilet to open your bowels, or cough, sneeze or have an orgasm !?
If so the you definitely need to see a Dr & get a blood pressure check!.

When you describe it feeling like it's blocking up your sinuses it is definitely related to increased pressure in your head!. If your sinuses are blocked the pressure can't equalise!.
Does it happen when you have a cold !?

I'd be interested to know your age !?

Yes you are right:
You do need to drink at least 1!.5L of water per day minimum!.
You ought to breathe when body building!.
If you are holding your breath your head will hurt more!.

whatever you do, continue to body build, you will need it for whatever backbreaking job you have to do!. because with your spelling, you will never get a management position!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have Asthma but I don't get headaches- just light headed if I can't get enough air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't exercise everything all in one day!.!. say you go on the treadmill one day for 20 min, next day go 25!. i think your exercising a bit to muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
