Why don't I want to do anything today?!


Question: Why don't I want to do anything today!?
I'm usually a very motivated, hard-working person! But here lately, I haven't been wanting to get anything, that needs to be done, done!.

Here's some more details about me:

I am a stay-at-home MOM with 2 young children (ages are 2 & 9 months) I also breastfeed the 9 month old and he doesn't sleep through the night yet!.

I am married!.

I am a full-time student, I attend classes on campus and on-line!.

I don't feel happy or accomplished in my life!. Could I be depressed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you are most certainly accomplished!. You are a stay at home mother of two and a full time student!. You are doing more than most people!. You are running yourself down!. Being a stay at home mom of two alone is a full time job!. Everyone has up and down days!. I myself see a psychiatrist for depression and other problems which has helped me greatly!. You may just need to talk to someone!. I am not saying that you need medication you just may need to talk to someone or need some you time!. Only you can make the choice to see or talk to someone!. You're probably exhausted and just need a break!! Try to take it easy and dedicate an hour for yourself a day if you can!. If you keep going at this pace, you could end up being depressed!. Hang in there, try to eat healthy and get enough sleep!. Get your husband to help you out until you're in better spirits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are one busy bee!. Everyone needs time to relax, and I think a weekend alone at a nice spa, resort, or hotel would do you good!. If you still feel lousy after you get back, you should look into relaxation methods that you can do at home!. Hope this helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every-Body has thier day's!. I my-self suffer from deppression!. I know what it's like!. Go and see your local doctor or someone who could help!. Or just sleep on it!. If you feel perky in the morning then it was just a slow day!.
