Question: When i wake up, i sneeze !? why is this, even if im not sick !?

when i wakeup in the morning, i sneeze about 10 times!. i dont understand why, like after i sneeze those 10 or more, the rest of the day im fine, im not even sick, i dont feel sick, or act sick, but whats with the sneezing !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely because of allergies, but try dusting the blinds and desktops in your room!. Also try cleaning your sheets on your bed regularly can also help!. I know what your talking about because my brother does the same thing in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely allergies!. When you are lying down at night, your sinuses can get clogged up so when you get up your sinuses start to run & clear!.!.!.sneezing clears the sinuses!.

If you want, you can try a saline nasal spray in the AM; I find Nasamist great!.
