Depression may be described as feeling sad, blue, unhappy, miserable, or down in the dumps!. Most of us feel this way at one time or another for short periods!.

Get enough sleep!.
Follow a healthy, nutritious diet!.
Exercise regularly!.
Avoid alcohol, marijuana, and other recreational drugs!.
Get involved in activities that make you happy, even if you don't feel like it!.
Spend time with family and friends!.

The healthline site has info, but don't get too concerned yet!.!.!.One of the most depressing things to do is to read about depression and to start thinking that you have all of the symptoms and it can't get any better!.

I have this also I got it from my dad anyways my sisters tells me to pick up a hobby or go to library and read good books!. take a walk put good music on and just get out and join clubs to make you feel better good luck but all these should help Its a hard one Www@Answer-Health@Com
