i take very hot showers, to the point to where im even in pain, but it feels very good!. its weird i know but i love the way it feels!. Can you develop any issues from doing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pain is your body's way of saying "stop"!. Overheating may upset your endocrine system and trigger existing heart problems!. It probably doesn't create new heart problems!.
Don't skip annual medical checkups!. If you have any issues - even if the doctor says they're insignificant, be careful how you stress your body!.
