Odd question to ask?!

Question: Odd question to ask!?

I know this is going to sound odd and made up but its not! I get pains in my rectum to where it feels like someone is pinching it from the inside!. Sometimes the pinching pain is also felt on my belt line of my abdomen!. These pinching pains came out of nowhere and no I didn't insert anything up there!. They come on randomly and last 1-10 seconds!. It usually occurs three times within one day!? Could it be a pinched nerve or what!? Let me know thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
