Question: I can't deal with seizures anymore, suicidal please help!?
I'm ready to put a bullet in my head!. I have horrible aura with grand mal that includes going blind for 40 mins, seeing dead people, and horrible violent vomiting!. I can't do this anymore!. Yes I have a therapist, yes I am on anti anxiety, antiseizure and anti depressants!. I think about seizures and having them all day!. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what to do! First of all take a deep breath!. Close your eyes!.!.!. think of all the pleasant things life has to offer!. Remember the old adage that "life is not a bed of roses", but still make the most of your life!. Remember there are people who have faith in you, have many hopes pinned on you and love you dearly!. I don't have seizures but have a strange food allergy due to which cannot eat most of my favorite food items, fruits, vegetables etc!. I can eat only a few items!. It is depressing! I conquered my anxiety be deep breathing and regular exercises I derive my happiness out of making people happy!. So make people happy give them your best of smile and see the transformation it brings into yourself!.
