Question: How do you sleep in late!?
No matter what I do or how late I stay up, I wake up at like 7 am!. I just want to sleep in like a normal teenager!.!.!.help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have a built in sleep pattern that controls your wake - sleep cycle!. It's called the circadian rhythm!. Everyone is different!.
You could only need 6 hours of sleep!.
Most teens need 9 or 10 hours of sleep!. Most teens don't sleep that long during the week so they build up a sleep debt!. They make up that debt by sleeping in on the weekend!.

Stay up late and then keep sleeping!? I slept until like 2pm today!.!.!. I have no clue how people get up so early when theres no school =PWww@Answer-Health@Com
