Silly question but how to cope when sick with a family?!

ok this is really silly to ask, but how do you moms do it when you are sick!. yes you get through it!. but man even with the help the kids did and husband, you know its still going to take forever to catch up just with the 3 days down!. also i hardly could get to the store for 3 things!. i am 40, i know thats not old but i dont have the energy like i used to!. i see moms who are so sick and still out "GETTING IT ALL DONE" what the trick to it!.
