Question: Help! I'm getting sick and I have to fly across country tomorrow!!?
I am doing laundry, trying to get ready to go on vacation tomorrow!. All the sudden I feel very nauseated and my stomache is turning! Some of my family members (I don't live with them) had the flu this week and so I know it is going around!. I didn't actually see the family who had the flu until today, but I don't think their family is completely over it!.
Is there anything I can do to stop this from coming on!? Or get it out of my system over night!? HELP!! I really don't want to be throwing up or running to the restroom on the plane! May I add that I am traveling by myself with my toddler!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

odds are if you were JUST in contact with the flu today, it won't be affectin you yet!. However, you never know who might be carrying it so you could have come into contact with it earlier than you think!. Might just be nerves about leaving for a trip too!. Best bet to try to nip it in the but is lots of fluids and vitiamin C (orange juice is key), and rest!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
