Question: Im skinny but my stomach sticks out! =/!?
im skinny, 5 ft 80 lbs 14 yrs old!.
i have thin legs, arms and i have a 6 pack on my stomach but it sticks out like im pregnant! i hate it and i dont know how to get rid of it! how can i get rid of it!?

its like i wake up in the morning and my stomach is generally flat and then as soon as i eat breakfast it bloats up and stays that way for the whole day and gets worse as the day goes on as i eat more (lunch, etc!.)
please help me get rid of this, i want my stomach flat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's because your so skinny!. Sounds like you are too skinny and your food shows when you eat it!.

What makes you think it is suppose to be flat all day,every day!.
Check out some other girls your size when they are not paying attention, and I am sure you will find that their stomache does the same thing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be like this, in fact I still am a little!. Seriously, noone notices your stomach sticking out a little!. Everyone has it!. You just need a little more self-confidence!. You got nothing to worry about ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't u try doing sit ups for the abs!? That could help!.

No more drinking soda (the carbonation bloats you) and also cut back on you salt intake!.!.!.it bloats you as well!. Drink plenty of water throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
