Because you have not gone in 4 days, laxatives are not a good idea!. Instead get a Fleet Enema (only use it once) to empty your bowels!.
Also, for 24 hours after you pass the stool stay off dairy and caffeine as they will constipate you further and cause dehydration!.

Do you have any unscented liquid organic Soap!? If you do add a few drops to a quart of water!. If you have a turkey baster you can use that to squirt the soapy water up your rectum!. The longer you keep the soapy liquid inside the better it works!. Or just go to the store and get a enema!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
