No, Allergies are histamine responses in the body!. I dont think it is an abnormality in body function or classified as a disease!. Its more a chemistry mismatch than a disease!. Kinda like saying that drinking alcohol causes you to get drunk, and being drunk is the disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
