Extreme stomache aches at school?!

Question: Extreme stomache aches at school!?

So I'll be fine when I eat breakfast in the AM and stuff, but then at school, all of the sudden my stomach starts to hurt like mad, and I really have to go to the bathroom, yet I don't wanna ask the teacher to go and explain its an emergency!. Last friday I had to leave school early!. So what can I do to stop my stomach pains!? Is it nervousness or anxiety that contributes to it!? Should I just eat a few Tums!? Please any tips!. It could be appendicitis or an ulcer or anything else that can go wrong!.
And it very well could be just anxiety!.
