The surgery is very routine!.!.!. and there is nothing to be afraid of!.
They will give you an IV that will put you to sleep within seconds!. And in no time you will wake up!.
The best part is you can eat lots of ice cream!. Milk that for all that its worth!

Wow, I have a 7 year old daughter that also was diagnosed with PFAPA!. Matter of fact she is sick right now!. She started having fevers at 1 month old and from there it happens every 4-6 weeks!. I have not decided to have her tonsils out yet because there is no guarentee that I will totally take the symptoms away!. So, please let me know how everything works out for you!. I had my tonsils out at age 5!. If you need pain mediaction make sure you get liquid because it will be easier to swallow!. Lots of jello and ice cream!.
