Why is it my arm/hand will twitch if I am in a certain position?!


Question: Why is it my arm/hand will twitch if I am in a certain position!?
Like if Im laying in on my side and my arm is in an awkward position, it will twitch at a steady pace!.

When you sit in a certian position causing a limb to twitch, you are trapping a nerve or pressing on a certain pressure point on the limb!. Happens to me alot and it feels quite funnyWww@Answer-Health@Com
