My hands and fingers are absolutely killing me?!

Question: My hands and fingers are absolutely killing me!?
For the past month or so I have had a tremendous amount of pain in my fingers mostly but also in my hands!. It's not in my wrists, or traveling up my arms at all!. It's hard to describe the pain, but it feels like it's in my joints!. It feels like I strained my fingers, like I pushed a button too hard with them or bent them backwards - but I didn't!. And this has been going on for a month!. I've tried Alleve and Tylenol and they didn't really help!.
Does anyone have any ideas about what this could possibly be or what I might try to reduce the pain!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be arthristis!. I can also be ligament inflamation, if there is something else that would make you prone to that!. Is there any swelling!? If it's in the base joints of the finger it's more likely to be arthrisis!. If it's in the other joints it's more likely to be ligaments!. (Based on personal experience & what my doctor explained at the time!.)

That it's in both hands is very puzzling!. This isn't something to fool with I think!. Time to see a doctor if you can!. It could be system of something to catch with treatment!. Or it could just need rest!. Does rest seem to impact it at all!? Also, try cold packs, or wet heat & see if they help!.!.!.
