a person who suffers from dwarfism, but who are physically proportioned!. I do not doubt that they are as intelligent as people who are of average height but am only curious as to how it affects their brain size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that it normally doesn't affect torso and head size, but i'm not sure how it would affect brain size if they're porportioned!. like that one indian chick thats 14 and only 23 inches tall!.
