The fastest way is to eat mega amounts of protein!. You can also take MSM a natrual suppliment that is only about 5 $ at a health food store or drug store for that matter!.

The person that answered answered wrong!. Many of those foods would work if what you read on the box was true!. But in reality you have to drink at least a 6 oz glass of real OJ with many of them so that the iron and other minerals are absorbed!. If you choose not to take the iron suppliments I recommended it could take years for you to get your iron levels up and you will lose even more of your hair because your thyroid will stop working properly!.
