Ok so i have a problem...i have recently started college and......?!

my sister and i both have bad anxiety!. i get an elevated heart rate and my mind races!.!.!. she picks at her hair and eyebrows!. there are some good tricks you can use when you start to feel really panicky around people!. find a friend to be at your side and help when you aren't sure how to carry on the coversation!. and don't be afraid to excuse yourself if you feel like you're acting dumb or starting to embarrass yourself!.

You need a new habit!.!.!.some discreet way of fidgeting without doing damage to yourself!. Why don't you buy a spinner ring, and then you'll have something to mess with when you're nervous!.!.!.I've seen some at Walmart for ten dollars, and lots of neater ones online for about the same price!.

You will outgrow being nervous when you meet new people!.!.!.it's a stage you're going through right now, but you'll be over it by the time you graduate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
