For the stuffy and runny nose and any type of allergies take claritin d, it works really well! For the cough just drink hot tea to clear out the phlegm and avoid dairy and cold drinks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
i had the same symptons a couple days ago, dont worry about it!. it'll get better!.
first- take some non drowsy allergy medicines!. keep blowing your nose to get all te nasty stuff out!.!. (: then be sure you get at least 10 hours of sleep every night and youre not staying up late!. rest is important when youre sick!.
these sort of small things helped me!. my parents took me to a doctor when i had those things, and this is what he told me!. it helps!. good luck i hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
