How to get a better night's sleep?!


Question: How to get a better night's sleep!?
for the past 2 nights ive been only sleeping 3 hours!. no caffeine!. no caffeine cravings!. no sugar, no drugs, nothing!. it really sucks not being able to get enough sleep because school just started up again and i should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night!. i can only hope that tonight i sleep more than that, but how can i be sure!? am i developing insomnia!? can this be solved by poppin some sleeping pills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get into bouts like you have!. For 3 weeks straight, I could have a good 7-9 hours of sleep, and then one night out of no where, I have a night where I go to bed at 11PM and can't get to sleep until 5AM! I had one night where I couldn't sleep at all!. Its crazy, but usually the next night I am so tired I get 7-9 hours!. Try taking 25 to 50MG benadryl pills!. They are for allergies, but they make you quite drowsy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
