Question: I think I'm going crazzyy!!?
Sounds really attention seeking i know but i really think i am!. I have always been highly strung and get stressed easily!. But recently my life has been going so mad at the moment, i don't really know how to cope!. I used to do stupid things like cut my wrist's but I'm trying really hard not to get into that again!. But now when i get stressed i cant control it and need to hit something!. I hate it!. I take all my anger out on the people i love the most, over stupid little things!. I hate it i really do!. Is there anything i can do to control the stupid little crazy mind of mine!? Please any suggestions will help!.

are you crazy, yeah, maybe a little, but then again, we all are!.!.!. you need to channel your energy, do you like any sprots!? anything exercise will help burn off your excess energy!.!.dont cut your wrists, as you already know that doesnt help you!.!.!.it just hurts, gets infected and you feel dumb after, right!? if you think you have a problem, theres no shame in seeing a doc for some meds,
if your doing anything destructive and cant stop, thats a problem thats can be easily fixed by first getting yourself a regular health check up, they can see if youve got an imbalance or something!.!.!. second, talk to someone, thats good you posted your question here, because you cant fix a problem in yourself until you recognize you have a problem!.!.!.remember, theres no shame in our heads getting a bit twisted at times, but if its twistes to the point you hurt yourself or someone/something else, then get some help!.!.exercise, see the doc, get yourself back in check now before it gets worse!.!.!. you can do it!.!.!. To the first answerer: dumbass!. You didn't have to read the question!. Anyway, I think you should talk to someone!. If you can't talk to your parents at the moment, find a counselor!. I say this because there are many times when I wished I had someone I could talk to about my issues!. Never think you can do it on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whoa 1st STOP cutting yourself NEVER EVER do that go to a guidance couslor or therapist or just ask 1 of ur closest friends wats goin on!. u could tell urparents but if u did dey may freak out of something!. u can write out your thoughts evryday and you will feel better!. or write a letter to the person who is pissing you off but dont GIVE them da letterWww@Answer-Health@Com

First and foremost dont cut yourself!. By self mutilating there are only scar there to remind you of the emotional pain you felt with physical reminders!. Your life is really screwed up now, it will pass!. I know its frustrating but things come in waves, in with good and out with bad!. As for taking your anger out on other people, that's a no go!. People now and days are not as forgiving!. You may be having a bad day, but dont take it out on others!. Nothing shows control over ones self than control over your emotions!. Try this, next time your mad try to go out of your way to be nice and calm!. Its so hard but it works for me!. Also be proactive about your life!. If you feel like its going mad right now take control of each situation little by little!. If you hate how you feel, change it!. Its not going to be easy!. You want to sit down to talk to a counselor!. They may be able to give you other constructive stress relieving techniques besides cutting yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
