Oil!. Thats why white peoples hair grows fast and blacks slow!. Black people's hair is naturally dry!. Its hard to keep it oiled up without it looking tacky!. Our scalp is naturally dry too and we are not suppose to put oil on it but its the only way to keep a healthy scalp!. White people naturally have oily scalps and oily hair!. So their hair grows fast!. It doesnt matter how many vitamins you take, Its the oil that makes the hair grow fast!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
