Answers:
you are using muscles you don't ordinarily use when you play football, so guess what, you are going to be sore, as long as you play, until you become accustomed to playing, that can take months, depending on how often you play!. Obviously, the more you play, the quicker your muscles get used to the abuse!.
You can take a hot shower, and some advil, and that will help some, but until you just get used to the activity, you will be sore, that's life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go sit in a sauna and throughly stretch your muscles out!. The heat will loosen up your muscles, making you able to stretch your muscles deeply!. Take a muscle relaxer, over the counter you can get Ibuprofen!. You need to stretch your muscles!. Think of it this way, once your not sore you will be so much stronger!. Your muscle are tearing and rebuilding a better, faster, and stronger you!. The soreness will go away, warm up and stretch before and after your workout!. Drink plenty of water also!. might be lactic acid in your muscles - you will become used to working out so at some point you won't be sore any more!. do warm up stretches before and after!. hot shower with icy hot helps too!.

you can't take away the sore parts of you body unless you cut them off, but then you couldn't play football - but you'd make one helluva home plate!.

sorry, i had to throw that in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
