I turned my head around too quickly and now i have a pain in one side of my neck!. I think i have a sprained neck!. how long does it take to heal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is likely to settle on its own in a couple of days and is NOT of course a reason to clutter up an A+E department!. Take some simple painkillers in the meantime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think you have sprained it, you've probably just pulled a muscle it happens to me all the time!. Did you feel a burning sensation as well, if you did this should go within a couple of minutes!. Unless your are in a lot of pain I wouldn't worry about it!. If it's painful I would take a trip down to your A&E department!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
