Do you get get heat sickness easier once you've had it before?!

Question: Do you get get heat sickness easier once you've had it before!?
I posted a question on here about a month ago asking about heat sickness/exhaustion when I went to Carowind's!. It's been almost a month since I got incredibly sick after being outside, hot and sweaty all day!. So yesterday when I got home from work, I mowed the lawn (my boyfriend usually does it because well, he likes it!.!.!.and he worries about something happening to me while mowing!.) My boyfriend didn't have time this past weekend and he works 2nd shift, so I did it after work, which was about 6 when I started it!.!.!.so it wasn't all that hot!. I was outside maybe 10-15 minutes before I started sweating very badly and by the time I was about halfway done with the back yard I started getting a headache!. I finished the back yard and got into cooler clothes and laid down on the couch and within 5 minutes I was freezing, my headache exploded into a full out migraine, and I was very nauseous!.

It wasn't that hot outside and I didn't think I was really exerting myself or anything, so is it easier to get heat sickness once you've had it before!? Or is it just coincidental that I was sick while mowing the yard!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes once you have had heat related illness, you can be more easily prone to it!. you could have also dehydrated yourself or had a blood sugar drop as you mowed right away after you got home from work!. hubby keeps a close eye on me as i am usually one to ignore my symptoms and keep working or whatever!. being that he is military he has seen it all to often and knows what to watch for!. he takes good care of me, even when i dont!.
