i was having the same problem not too long ago!. i would have trouble falling asleep at night and when i would wake up in the morning i would try to squeeze in a few hours to make up for falling asleep so late!. and i'd end up sleeping for like ever! so what i did was:

i found some sort of activity that would use up some energy during the day (say like play wii sports or wii fit for a while) so that i wasn't just sitting on my butt doing nothing all day and not being tired when it came time to go to bed!. so when it did become time to go to bed at like a normal time, i'd go ahead and set an alarm to wake me up 7 hours later so i didn't sleep so much!. then i felt like i was back to normal!. but i'd make sure it was loud so that it would startle me and get the adrenaline in my system so i wouldn't still feel tired!.

because the body only really needs 7 or 8 hours of sleep!. too much and you'll feel like you said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your circadian rhythm is out of order!. Trust me, sleeping alot will not solve the problem and will only get you sick!. Try and try to sleep at a regular pattern!. wake up and sleep around the same time each day!.Its not how long you sleep but the quality of the sleep!. Find comfortable mattress and pillow etc to ensure that you have quality sleep!. In the beginning, you'll feel tired but after some time, you'll feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have the same problem the thing!. What I do is if I have to wake up at 6:00 I set my alarm clock to wake me at 5:30!. The thing I noticed that after waking up the body is a little sleepy from being off for few hours so few minute up helps the body to get to its normal state and going to sleep and waking up at the same time everyday helps the body to know when to wake up and go sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you should be sleeping 8 hours or so every night!.
your body feels stiff from laying for so long and you'll feel light headed and sick because of lack of food most likely!. good advice would be to wake up at a certain time every morning, regardless of what time you go to bed, so that your body can get back on schedule for sleeping for the right amounts of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well that's easy!. sleep less!. like 8 hours a night!. If you're tired go on a walk to wake yourself up!. when you just lay around doing nothing your body cramps up and needs it's exercise!. find more things to do in that time you usually sleep!. and stay away from T!.V!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This was me just before I was diagnosed with diabetes (out of the blue)!.!.!.While it could be indicative of other things like Sleep Apnea (Also very dangerous), a blood sugar test is quick and easy to do and a good first step!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to get yourself on a schedule, just sleep about 7 to 8 hours a day, which is the rec amended amount of sleep for an adult!. your body will get used to the cycle and you will start to feel more alert in no time!.!.!.!.

If you are not taking any medications or stimulants that can cause this!. Then you might have a manic/depressive disorder!.
