Is this a normal heart rate?!

Question: Is this a normal heart rate!?
Okay, so lately I feel like sometimes my heart rate gets really fast for no reason!. A few minutes ago I was sitting on my bed reading a book and I could tell my heart was beating faster for no reason!. I checked my pulse for 10 seconds and multiplied the number of beats by 6!. I got 126 beats in a minute!. Is that normal for just sitting down doing nothing!.
Do you think something's wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

At rest the average heart rate is about 62 to72 any faster while you are resting is not normal!.On saying that if it has never happened before i would not worry too much, the heart rate can change for many reasons most of them not serious!.If it happens again perhaps it would be wise to visit your doctor just to put your mind at rest!.I am sure it is one of those things that happen once in awhile but is nothing to worry about!.Hope this helped and that everthing is fine !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To get it exactly you should count your heart beats for 30 seconds and then multiply by 2!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well maybe you were just reading a scary part in a book!. You should go to the doctor!. He or she will know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
